About Me

A young man with dark hair wearing a light blue shirt, smiling while standing in front of a wooden wall with green plants.
Hey….. that’s me!

My name is Miguel Fernandez. Throughout my life I’ve always been a hands-on, creative individual–writing music, climbing, and exploring the outdoors. Songwriting taught me how to listen and find the story beneath the surface. Climbing has deepened my understanding of body mechanics and gave me insight into the unique demands athletes place on their body. And my love for the outdoors is a key element in my spiritual practice which keeps me grounded. When I discovered massage, I realized it was another form of creative expression. One where I could blend intuition, technique, and connection to help people feel more at home in their bodies.

During my training, my teacher would tease me for having “spaghetti arms” yet my clients were always surprised at how effective my work was. That’s when I learned that great bodywork isn’t about strength. It’s about finesse, presence, and working with the body instead of against it.

My time working in a physical therapy clinic taught me how to identify fascial patterns, about the nervous system’s role in pain perception, and that detailed work can create profound change. Now, as the owner of Noodle Limbs Bodywork, I specialize in combining myofascial release with the principles of neuromuscular therapy and structural integration to curate techniques that aim for lasting change instead of just temporary relief.

My goal is to keep refining my craft, learning from each person who allows me the opportunity to be a student by getting on my table, and expanding my practice to reach more people who need it. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to reconnect with your body, I’d love to be a part of your journey.
